Give the power of civil society!

Bill concerning creation of boards of guardians at social establishments is passed by mid of 2014, as government has announced.

Such forecast is given by vice-premier Olga Golodets. “We hope that the law will be passed till the 1st of July next year, and it`ll become the base for creation of boards of guardians in variety of forms”, - as ITAR-TASS quotes the vice-premier. Olga Golodets considers that every social establishment should have its agency of social control. “This is the ower of civil society”, - she noted.
